9th Amendment

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Analysis & Application

This amendment basically says to not misinterpret the words of the constitution in a bad way.

This is applicable because sometimes we need to be reminded that the Constitution was made to protect American's rights.
