4th Amendment

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Analysis & Application

This amendment puts search warrants into play, basically stating that no one can break into your private properties without reason and of course a warrant.

This is applicable since it allows all of use the guarantee of security of out private properties, otherwise, anyone could legally just barge into your home, and that would just lead to chaos.
